Inspirational People and their YouTube Videos for Life Tips, Tricks and Hacks!

“Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome while trying to succeed.”— Booker T. Washington

One thing that I notice about a lot of people is that they struggle to find happiness, they are searching for fulfillment and meaning or they are trying to find motivation or to end procrastination. A lot of us have no idea how to be happy or how we can start to do the things that we both need and want to do… like lose weight, be more productive or to stop that inner critic that creates negativity.

Over the years I have come across so many inspiring people who inadvertently provided me with some of the most valuable tools and ideas I use today. There are some incredible entrepreneurs, motivation speakers and teachers who have created some great ways to tackle all kinds of situations in life.

So I would like to share with you today some of my favourite “Mind Hacking Techniques” that help me every day and a YouTube video explaining these hacks so you can learn and use them too!

Mel Robbins is an Author, motivational and keynote speaker, television host and CNN Commentator. I first came across Mel Robbins while surfing the web for Ted x Talks, I love to sit down each day and watch at least one talk.

What I love about Mel Robbins is her no bull attitude… she tells it exactly how it is and that’s something I really appreciate. Her videos on YouTube are short and sweet. She explains things so well that almost anyone can easily understand what she is trying to say. I also love the tools and tricks that she provides to her followers as they too are simple yet so effective.
